Dark Knight Rises. The rise thing gets me to think that after one(bat) falls or ends. That one will rise. Why is everything in bold :unsure

I'm really thinking that this just has to do with the fact that we left Bats in TDK being hunted by the police, and if Bane breaks the Bat (as I'm assuming he will), it means Bruce Wayne/Batman's rise from a crippling injury and a public perception as a villain to save Gotham from being torn apart by Bane. In the teaser, Gordon makes a comment about Batman disappearing. So it's probably just a reference to the third act of the movie.

I have a theory about Bane. Listen to him. Listen to his voice in the prologue..... It's very... normal ish... Serious, but still timid, almost casual. THEN listen to his voice in the new trailer... He tells a broken Batman, "When Gotham is ashes.. you have my permission to die." It sounds totally different!!! It sounds VERY menacing and serious. That is when "venom" or something similar will come into play. I know it. The plane heist is common run of the mill crap for Bane. But taking down the Batman... That requires a lot more.

After seeing the prologue, I immediately looked over to the people I saw it with and said, "well - what do you think of Bane's voice?" I knew right away a LOT of people would have a problem with it. They were on the fence, but me, I love it. I think it's different, and it's nothing I expected it to be. Sounds like an old decrepit German doctor speaking through a voice box, that somehow lost his accent. Only way I can describe it.

Alfred´s voice sounds really old and tired. Will we witness the end of Alfred and the lost of all Bruce Wayne´s family? From the teaser there is a chance Gordon dies. Rachel is dead. Julius Fox would be about 90. That would leave Bruce Wayne completely alone, and lead to a Dark Knight enviroment.

I think in that clip, Alfred is talking to a broken Bruce Wayne, and almost crying while doing it. He's upset that he has protected his son so to speak.
