Daredevil (Netflix Series)

Um-yes that looks very good,he looks the part and looks like he's handing out a beat down.

Just please not any more slow motion episodes, pick it up a bit.

I gave up during episode 8. Extremely well made and acted but just too glum for me. I realize you're not SUPPOSED to like bad guys, and bad guys do bad things, but when the a-hole failed corrupt politician (and child- and wife-abuser) (who had been in two or three episodes so far without even the most tenuous link to any existing character or storyline) started kicking the crap out of a kid and urging his kind-hearted son to join in, I asked myself "is this an enjoyable night of television? Am I having fun?". No, I was not. YMMV of course.

Tell me you finished that episode though! It's pretty important for Wilson's character.

But I get it, it definitely can be a downer at times. I think it helped me to supplement Daredevil with other MCU programing like SHIELD or Guardians when I needed a break.

Did you not pay attention to the fact that his last name was FISK?! I felt it was obvious from the start that he was Wilson Fisk's father, which is far more concrete than "without even the most tenuous link to any existing character".

I watched the series recently and I think the reviews inflated my expectations a bit too much. The halting growly tough-guy voice D'Onofrio's kingpin used in every line of dialogue was too unnatural and forced sounding and made him seem less intimidating. I also found the chemistry between Matt, Foggy and Karen flat. The scenes when those three were together always made me cringe for some reason. It might be the writing or it might just be that I don't care for the guy that plays foggy's acting. The running around, beating the crap out of bad-guys scenes were nice though and kept me watching.

Any idea on the jacket brand? Found close, but not spot on.

The Frank Castle pics look pretty awesome, definitely think that was good casting.

Definitely can be a glum and graphic show at points, but I definitely enjoyed it and can not wait for more of it. Foggy was probably the worst of the acting to me as well. It just didn't work for me. Everything else was good though.

I have to agree. If he brings as much intensity as he did in his performances on The Walking Dead and Fury, he may be able to carry a full-on Punisher series without it being a dull moment.

Have to say im really looking forward to the new Daredevil season. These new pictures have me really excited!
