I've been looking into this myself. The top looks very fitting and 'spandex like' but without the shine, almost like the merino wool base layers I see in camping shops. The downside is they're not cheap, a long sleeve one will run you about £50 UK money, maybe if you're buff you can get away with a tight generic black t shirt. There's not enough of a good look at the rest of his costume, so far all I can see is "it's black".

I am looking for fabric with a similar texture which I will either be able to see through or I will add very small pin holes in the fabric that will only be noticible up close.
Aa for the top it looks veey similar to my running tops except with long sleeves so I plan to get one and very carefully re colour the stitching them.
The trousers seem to be slim fittes combats however finding ones with the zippers on the thighs is proving difficult

Sure you want to make this suit and not wait for the red suit?
The producer said the red suit would appear near the end of the first season

This costume does nothing for me. It reminds me of Rex Smith's DD costume in the Hulk TV movie.
I MUCH prefer Ben Affleck's.

I love afflecks suit. I'm waiting for the red one from the show to decide which one I want however a good daredevil suit isn't cheap so this suit is a nice budget build and I like the homage to man without fear

Have you made any progress on this? I am looking at piecing this costume together as well, and I think you are on the right track with the combat pants.

This shirt is on ebay and has similar seams to the one on the Film Ink cover. I think the gloves are some sort of motocross gloves. I found several that are similar but no exact matches.

Oops, double post.

There is also an "oversized" bandana on amazon, full black. Cheap and might not be the same material

So I just finished the whole show and after seeing DD'S ninja suit in action I really don't like it lol
However I really do like his new red suit and thinking of going with that instead only adding the classic DD to the chest

after seing a bunch of episodes, they definitely look like just random casual black skinny jeans
