Thanks everyone, this is really a fun kit to put together and paint!
I'm SO close, now! I've got the diffusers in, done the weathering (which I was a LITTLE heavy-handed with, I always am) and I think all that's left are the little horseshoe shaped diddles that flank the "laser wheels".
For now, here's some more pics in crappy light!

Finished my remote last week, but haven't had a chance to share the pics until now! Here she is, this was such an easy and fun project, thanks Trent!!!
A side note, the parts at the very south pole, the little washers, I added my own little touch there, not for any particular reason, just for poops and laughs. Just wanted to mention that, in case anyone was confused by that.
And I did-up the base to look like the Dejarik table myself, with aluminum tape.
Man, I really love this thing!!

Thanks! This is just the "bedroom collection". I've got more stuff scattered about the house.
That screen printed poster was done by a buddy Graham Shirley from Athens, GA. I still don't know what inspired him to do it, but I love it!
I've lived in Athens on and off over the years (but been back in ATL since 2010), my sister has lived there ever since college (late 90s), and my parents both moved there from the Atlanta burbs in the early 00s.
I'll try and get some decent pics of the other "displays" and put them here!

Took a few updated pics of my Hero Macros a couple months back, nothing much has changed with them, and I still need to rewire the EL sheet. But I may hold off on that for a bit, because I'm gonna try building a transition box from 1/16" stainless, and Tig weld it together. The parts are already cut (I'm doing the same with my Stunt Macros, but using 1/8" aluminum instead of stainless)! Also need to update my model of the triangular side box, so it's longer.

That floating remote would look awesome in my home theater near to Darth Subwoofer (A Darth Vader head/helmet sitting on top of my subwoofer I modified to say a dozen or so goofy subwoofer altered lines from Star Wars and flashes the eyes/mouth of the helmet when you walk near it like, "Your bass is weak old man!" or "The bass is with you, but you are not a subwoofer yet."
