Cylon sword on Lost In Space tv episode in 1967...

I was watching the Lost In Space third season episode titled "Condemned of Space" and I spotted the same sword that the Cylon Centurions carried on Battlestar Galactica. One of the frozen prison inmates was holding the sword when Dr. Smith bumped in to him. The episode was from 1967, so I guess the sword has been around for quite a while. I'm guessing they molded the old base of the sword and made new blades. Great catch spotting that sword in the first place. I'm impressed. I wonder if Chris Pappas has it in his collection?
