It's been a while - I haven't posted a project on a forum since WastlandOutpost was a thing.
This helmet is made from EVA (12mm), 6mm, and 3mm foam. The eye and light sockets are 3D printed, but there are alternatives.
I am working on comprehensive written instructions, but in the mean time there is a video tutorial:
