custom lightsabers

Hi there,

Here are some lightsabers I have modifed or fully scratch made:

The first is a park saber,this is my first complete saber.

However I didn't like the big control box and how it's fixed,narrow aluminium tube and emitter.
The brass bolts were rough,and I didn't like the one on the pommel,I did't like the small bolt on control box to lock the board.
I decided to modify it.
First,I polished the brass bolts.
Second I modified the control box,to make it lower,I made a bevel and round corners.
I added the brass screw on the side,to create a "blade adjustment controller"
I polished the first black ring to let it aluminium color.
I added a carbon fiber tube on the aluminium tube,drilled it,and installed the control box.

It's not yet finished,the made change will be on the emitter "claws'
I will do a general polishing too.

Here is a second saber hilt,in fact my very first custom lightsaber:

I used carbon an titanium tubing.

Although arguably a little too streamlined, I rather like the second one. Well done!

Thanks a lot.
The parks will wait a moment to have the definite finish,because of the 1/16" bolts,here I have only tools for 1,5 or 2mm bolts.
in fact I would find something more conventionnal to replace the claws,but I don't know what to use.
I can shorten the hilt too.
I hope to find a aesthetic solution...

Very cool! I like them both. Although I would like to see some more detail on the second one, it doesn't look like it is finished.

Hi,
It's just a empty tubing for the moment....

I have taken a shot with two positions:

I have to find a 1,25" od 1" ID tube,with a cheap shipping cost to France instead of the 85 bucks they ask for sending a 4$ item on ebay....
If someone in USA has this kind of tubing,would be really great!
