Custom Bio

Spent a few hours on this last night and a couple more tonight I keep changing my mind and re-doing things and my cats obsession with cardboard has made the process slower as well
It's alot different from what I intended but I think I like it
It's made of heavy cardboard and sticky tape, it's still a long ways off being done but I wanted to get some opinions
Here's what I have so far

Just noticed the handcuffs in the pic I was practicing escapes and sleights before doing some more work on the bio, my wrists are bruised rather nicely now

I don't own another bio so I have nothing to compare size to so I thought I would stick it on my laptop (15.4" screen) for a size reference, does it look about right?

I think I need to cut the mouth section back it seems to stick out a long way, opinions?

I need to adjust the eyes because it cuts out about half my vision and I can't see directly in front of me.

The original inspiration was a bad guy from Buffy the Vampire Slayer called Moloch

Comments and ideas more than welcome

I just stuck some black and red tulle I had left from little dead behind the cut outs to see how it would look, it needs something heavier though the tulle is to transparent

I want to work some corrugated pipe in there somewhere becaust I always think that looks good on bios

It's frustrating trying to get it symetrical but I am really haviing fun with this

I remember seeing that character a while back. Thought he looked a little Predatorish, wouldn't mind just having his helmet up for display. Nice job so far man...

Yepp, indeed... very nice job so far. Will you fiberglass it?
Thank you
I'm not sure yet if I am going to use fibreglass or spray putty, I'm a bit apprehansive about useing fibreglass

I've tacked on some corrugated pipe to see how it looks, I like it, I'm thinking of useing it as the laser housing on the left and for the air supply attachment on the right
