Cosmic Mix Vol.1 another Guardians of the Galaxy retail cassette release

If you've been following the Guardians of the Galaxy cartoon, then you know the show occasionally throws in some music much like the movie had. They compiled all the first season offerings into another album, the Cosmic Mix Vol. 1, which they released on CD OCT 16th.

Tapes just came in.....:cool

They are basically just like they appear in the picture above. If you look closely you can see stars on the purple parts of the tape-label. Both sides look almost identical, except for Side A/B marks, which are in fine print below the reel-cutout.

The insert has a code for a free downloadable copy of the album. I wish it had written out song titles like the Awesome Mix US insert, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Overall I like it. It's a new cassette tape in 2015 and I dig that a whole lot. It reminds me of all the tapes I bought as a kid in the 80's.

Hopefully all of you who are interested were able to get yourselves a copy.
