Corellian YV-666 light freighter (Hound's Tooth)

This is the "Hound's Tooth". It's a one of scratch build I've been fiddling around with. I kind of just made the details up as I went after I scratched out the basic shape of the ship. It's 27" long.

Thanks

Looks really well done.

I have a ship that can outrun Imperial Starships, I'm not talking bulk crusiers but the big Corellian ships.

Awesome work:cool I agree, I like it upside down as well!

Rare subject to have or build fantastic work Rich!!
Looking forward to the painting and weathering!

Re: Corellian YV-666 light freighter

given the absurdities of SW ships in the prequels...i have no idea what end is the front or back on this. The engine looking things between the wings make me think it flies upright like the Slave I.

Cool design, however it flies.

Uh...he can't just DECIDE randomly to hold it upside down...this is a real ship from the EU, with a bajillion pictures from various sources. You wouldn't just say "hey, you should display that x-wing upside down!"

Looks awesome...I love that ship.

I think it looks cool upright, but more sleek upside down, I don't know.

It's all buttoned up.

Rich up front the box shape where the lights go in, what did you make this out of? It has a real nice roll on the edges, looks great looking forward to paint!

Re: Corellian YV-666 light freighter

Mike, the whole thing was made of plexiglass.

Starting on the paint.
