i posted a question, but got the answer through mail.

Been preparing the artwork for the etchin and am going to ask Mike to do some slight changes to the lettering on the side to make it more accurate.

oh very cool. I think I posted the font that was used on it in here before but im not sure. but it was a felt tip font or something like that.

hi peeps,

focus last month has been on the move back to the Netherlands, which is happening in the coming week. I have been working on getting the patterns right for etching the magnesium master. will continue with the work once we are back in Holland.

the problem with this project is the way to mass produce them, right now brass castings seem to be the most effecctive way to do these,

Me and the family are back in the Netherlands, slowly starting to look like a livable house over here, so much unpacking to do.

i am going to ask Mike to tweak the sidegraphics a bit (i'll contact you shorlty mike ) and then sent the files off for the magnesium etching for the master.

I will then look into a foundry and the best way to cast these in brass. Tough project, but very motivated

May I ask you if I've sent to you the graphic for the Chang Jiang logo?
Because that's the logo I've done for the cigarette pack... :confused

I am not trying to highjack this thread but I am working on modifying the holy shotgun from the licensed piece. I am adding a flashlight and the detail at the end of it to be accurate and the cross sight including more accurate paint job. I am also doing it in solid resin. I hope this isnt stepping on anyones toes as this is my first project. I just wanted to see if there is any interest in me doing a run of these.
