I have found someone who can make a wax master for me and someone who can possibly cast them in brass for me.

The 3d file needs some tweaking with which i can continue once i have a new harddrive for my laptop, which is dying (posting this using windows safe mode...aaaaaarrrrggghhh.....)

Just finished the front and back 3d files for the CNC.

3d file looks excellent. I'm still very interested in purchasing one when these are done. Any estimate price wise? Over $200?

the floral pattern is very dense, if the cnc option doesn't work, i have magnesium etching the plates for the master as a second option. I hae no doubts the foundry in the netherlands i recently found can do these.

Any Idea of price? I guess you need to see what the foundry can do first. Count me in. I just need to clear it with the Lord of the Checking account...

price is still a hard to tell, will depend on foundry, plating service and timer per lighter to finish, i guess around $230
