So after making and testing a new mold, I have 3 marbled cores cast. The next 3 conversions will get a free upgrade to a marbled core and emitter. As for the claws, I would need 5 sets to make the venture economically viable at an additional $125 with your conversion.

I am very very interested in buying one of these, however the only problem I'm having (Which I'm sure is a common problem) would be the price. It is a GREAT price, and I love your work, but personally I don't have that kind of money laying around. Would it be possible to give you the money for the remote and toy, and then pay the rest when I get it? I could easily obtain the money for that, but it could take a few weeks to get the rest.

That's fine. You can send the funds for the remote and toy up front, then take your time and pay off the rest when you can.

*EDIT* working with a different waterjet cutting service now, while more expensive, the claws are much more consistent as they are working with a higher grade machine. Still no minimum order, but claws are now $125.

Just and update for everyone, I will be sending the final drawings for the waterjet cut claws early next week. That being said I am ordering 5 sets to start with, 2 of which are already spoken for with another 2 pending. That leaves 1 spot left up in the air.

Can somebody please post the dimensions of the display case for the Universal Remote? Im wanting to make a wooden box to fit the display case in when I get my sonic. I would really appreciate it.

I measured the box that the display case comes in, it almost fills it and the the perspex cover of the case is curved and difficult to measure accurately. By my reckoning, to the nearest cm its Length 28cm Height 8cm Depth 6cm, hopefully that helps.

Final version of the drawings has been sent to the cutters and they should be done by sometime next week. After that is off to do all the set up and milling work for mounting the springs. On another front, the springs have been mailed out, and those should be arriving in two weeks if their shipping estimate is to be believed. cheers!
