[COMPLETE] The Amazing Spider-Girl (Female Ben Reilly Custom Dye-Sub Suit)

Re: The Amazing Spider-Girl [Female Ben Reilly Custom Dye-Sub Suit]

You could make the webshooters from pepakura
Definietly something i'm considering! I'll have to mess around with importing the model into Pepakura Designer.

This is turning out awesome! I'm currently working on the same or similar. Now that I think of it and if all goes well it may turn into a female version of the ASM 2 suit. :)
Keep up the great work
I've actually been doing some work for a TASM2 Female suit as well for another member. It's not quite done yet, but once I've finalized some things I will post a thread with images and details :)

I'm not looking at these boards as much as I should, this looks really cool! I don't think I've seen a May Parker dye sub on here before. Good luck, I'm sure it's gonna be great.

Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Re: The Amazing Spider-Girl [Female Ben Reilly Custom Dye-Sub Suit]

Congrats on your progress even though I just came across this thread! I know how tough it is to get projects done with having a fulltime job believe me (in addition to house projects and everything else). This is probably the most anticipated costume thread I've come across because there are many female heroes in comics but not enough in the real world. Good luck!

Thank you all for the encouragement! Here are a few quick pictures of my sewing progress! ^__^

Not much to say here so far. What you're seeing on the make-shift mannequin is me pinning where the arms will attach. That area is quite tricky!

Thats true about the arms.
It seems to be easier if u sew only the lower arms and keep the upper arms unsewn when u sew the arm on the torso. after that u can sew the upper arms.
