Comparsion: Han Solo blasters (ROTJ)

Re: Comparsion: Han Solo blasters (ESB/ROTJ)

The deleted bunker scene is pretty cool. It isn't in a very high resolution unfortunately but you get to see some parts of the blaster in medium shots. I'm not sure about that long flash hider though.

Given the recent activities around ROTJ blasters, I´d thought it´d be helpful to necro-bump this thread.

Some useful information in here ;)

Hey bro

What in special are you "unsure" about?
The presence of a flash hider at all or just the part they used for it?

Another small update of the Summary...
all that´s left now is the "weird" ROTJ blaster with the reversed H&W scope, partial ANH mount and unidentified flashhider

SUMMARY:

Version: "BUNKER" (based on MGC C96)
Muzzle- Painted delrin, Short even cubes
Scope- WITH frontcap, 2nd half scope-ring under back of scope-bell
Bumper- WITH slotted screw
Grips- Unpainted
Milled details- Slightly bigger
Pistons - Painted delrin, attached with phillips head screws

Version: "Other" (based on MGC C96)
Muzzle- Painted delrin, Long UNeven cubes
Scope- NO cap (probably present during filming though. Just missing now)
Bumper- NO screw
Grips- Painted black
Milled details- slightly smaller
Pistons - Painted delrin, attached with rivets

Version: "Stembridge" (based on real C96)
Muzzle- Aluminium, Long even cubes
Scope- Full scope
Bumper- None
Grips- Chequerd and unpainted, possibly changed during production
Milled details- Possibly none?
Pistons - 2 pistons on the left, but no piston on the right side (the prop did have 2 pistons on the left side originally - at the time that it was sold, the upper piston half was missing -> with residue remaining in its place that appeared to be epoxy).
- Washers on the scope mount appear to be brass and not as tapered as on the other blasters.
- The 'screws' on the scope mount don't appear to have a slot. The top surfaces are flat.
- NO lanyard
