Sorry for disappearing for so long. There have been some roadblocks, but fortunately there has also been progress. The cost of materials for casting stuff can be really intimidating, so I tried to make things work with what I had when my first mold didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. Regardless, I have no intentions of giving up on this. Here are a few progress pics for your enjoyment.
