CLONE WARS weekly discussion thread

I think once they reverse engineer the chip, that gives them insight into the code they use. It would cause a bit of a setback in communications until a new chip could be put online though. What do I know? I'm just making this up as I go along.

Still digging this show though.

Just watching 'Void now with the kiddies. Very nice piece of lighting work right up front - LA somehow managed to make R2 look like he was frowning when the Colonel asked about his 'command center'. Oh, and I'm a sucker for being pandered to via Laurel and Hardy references :)

wasnt the whole point of getting the chip to decrypt a message they allready had? because then it wouldnt matter if they changed the code afterwards, as the message they have still keeps the code

btw, i find it hillarious, that everything ever that is to steal, get etc, is suspended in mid air somewhere in a seperate room :D

All I know is that it looks like the next one will be the episode with the Republic Commando in it, so that makes up for this one.

That would make much more sense then stealing a chip in order to crack the Separatist code in general as well as making more sense than for the Separatists having the key to their codes sitting in some unguarded room in a ship.

I hope this droid story arc is over. I hated it.

I love a good story but I was bored, again, with another story line that didn't feature the Jedi or Dooku and Grevious, or even Maul.

From the season previews I'm looking forward to Deathwatch and some ARC trooper stories coming up.

The story continues next week. I would have enjoyed it more if it developed into a clone type storyline. I was hoping the clone they found demonstrated free will and something that was going to touch on order 66. Oh well, it is what it is. I am still watching.

Nice republic cruiser shrapnel! ONce again Artoo saves the day. nice to see buzzdroids again... creepy litte things! :D that was one long story arc though... had my fill of droids for a while and looking forward to something different now.

What he said.

I'm a little late to the party, but I just joined so please forgive lol.

I loooove that they brought Maul back. I'm dark side 4 life so I was rooting hard for him and his brother. Not to mention Maul's voice actor, Sam Witwer, made everything he said sound like gold.

As for the droid arc, I haven't seen the finale of it, but I'm already glad its over. Moar lightsabers!

What I'm concerned with now is how much more material they can fit into this very crowded 3 year timespan of the clone wars before they reach the start of the movie. There's not even an inkling yet of what's going to happen to Ahsoka :/
