Thanks man. Nope. No issue. But this was Supercon. I went as classic Nick Fury on Saturday with two Very realistic looking guns and no issue.

Anyone have a Larry Green/Hollywood Prop poncho they’d be willing to part with?
Or know of a maker that makes an even more accurate version (with the 11 sets of “steps” on each side as well as the “mistake” in the step on the back)?

Yes I’m familiar with the site, was looking for a secondhand Larry Green since the price is so high! Figured I’d give it a shot and ask

I too am seeing if the Larry Green pattern has been updated at all.

On another note, I do wish the info site would be updated more frequently, some pages have remained the same for years now.

I was referring more to product links that are outdated, for example the trousers: they have sold out completely from the link provided. Thankfully, H&M has apparently reissued them with a different code:

I've not much knowledge of the original actual, but that there was only one ! Mine is just a close enough job ! Depends how far you go on detail, I find it easy as I'm not exacting or curious ! More of a big kid with simple toys...

The machine needed is just expensive, so gauging interest...

But I found a good wool option and I would be doing them all one at a time, so I can get the quirks in there.

I took the Hollywood one and made some tweaks, like trying to duplicate some of the fringes that had gotten loose and therefore appeared longer

And I added the bullet holes from AFOD

But obviously the pattern is the pattern and it’s missing all the neat defects from the screen used prop. I’m in.

Depending on the price I could be in. I bought the Royal uniforms one (which I’m fairly certain is the exact same as the Hollywood Props). Love it, but would still love to get one even more accurate.

I assume you’re referring to the Singer Chain-Stitch machine?

I've been considering getting the Hollywood Props poncho but it looks like the repro fabric has too much yellow in it. It's not exactly military olive drab green.
