You're welcome. I saw this youtube video where it still looks too yellow to me.

All the photos I've seen of OD green genuine military blankets fade into a dull brown. Here's one that faded quite nicely and would probably make for a great replica poncho.

The replica fabric just photographs too vibrant yellow green, something I don't see in photos of genuine blankets. I know it's a very tricky color to photograph and it's probably just in my head.

Yup! Thats the one. They are around 3k so it is an investment (not to mention the shop space)

Genuine military blankets aren't blankets as much as they're just a long piece of wool and they're usually no more than 65% wool. This photo is likely the best photo of the poncho showing the OD green color on the underside.
