I don't know why I continue to be surprised about this but the boots are HUGE! I'm going to fiberglass the inside and use truck bed liner on the bottom. Anyone have tips on how to walk in clown shoes?

with so much fibreglass and filler theat suit gonna be heavy, might be worth having an articulated frame for the legs so all their weight bears down on the floor instead of your legs carrying the weight

i didn't plan exosystem yet. but, you 100% right about everything. for now i started to make inside frame of wood sticks and hot glue. it helps keep all angles and forms together. like this:

i do the exact same thing to help stop warping when i resin stuff.

yep, it looks smaller... maybe you change some scales? or some mistake in program. check "distance between 2 parts", it can helps understand.

ok, had some fun this weekend with the HB. Fiber-glassed the inside of the boots, sprayed the bottom with truck bed liner, and built mini-stilts for the inside







Then, after that, I rigged the "belt" of the suit to actually accommodate a belt! hehe

I haven't quite decided honestly. Right now, I'm just trying to finish one of everything. Then, if I have time, I can go back and remake the things I don't like. I'm on a bit of a time line.
