Just noticed on the COD piece, their is a piece missing under the butt cheek. How do I get that piece without doing unfold undo?

I agree with you hairymonster55, theres a missing piece. So i free hand that shape, and so far so good. Started with the legs and worked my way up.

What kind of foam are you using?

Im using the 6mm foam which is 4 feet by 8 feet. So far, I used 6 sheets already and I still need to add the biceps, shoulder, hands, forearm and shield. Im adding 2 more sheets and 1 more month to complete it minus the paint. Im excited already.

I know. The wifey hasnt seen him yet. She is not going to be impressed...lol. The head took almost a whole roll of Harbor Freight foam. Visabilty is going to be a challenge. I have a few old cell phones around and I am thinking about using them for a kind of camera/monitor system. I am not really sure though.

I contacted GoPro about a live streaming. They told me that the GoPro Hero 4 plus has a live streaming that has a 1 second delay. Basically the GoPro creates its own wireless network, so you can download the app to an android device and use your phone screen as the monitor. Somehow install your a slot in your helmet and mount your phone. Granted outside the 1 second delay could be dangerous if trying to walk across a street. However, inside it should be fine. Still think you might need a handler when approaching escalators (if the Hulkbuster would fit on one...lol). Hope this helps.

my concern is the space it occupies so i modified the shoulders to bring the arms down. My purpose is to make it as a statue. Thanks for the files smookcmb.

i started to resize the file to my human size
looks like 400 is the magic scale factor for me

This is incredible, thank you very much for sharing this.

Now for my utterly stupid question.

The files available are for the left side (left hand, left leg etc). Is there a way to flip it and print on pepakura viewer, or any way to work out the right hand side.

My friends and I have decided to do an Age of Ultron theme for our halloween this year. I'll be making a mini hulkbuster (I'm about 5 feet tall). I'll try and post some progress pics in this thread. Starting tonight, super excited! Finally a suit that doesn't require a tiny waist
