Sounds like they are asking people to stop asking for refunds, so all their cash doesn't get eaten up paying back customers. People need to get their money back and get it now. This is going to end with employees taking product out the door with them because they haven't been paid either if it hasn't happened already.

What link? He said they posted a letter on their Facebook page. Then he posted a screenshot of the letter. Is there a link I’m missing that I can view?
 
It seems I was able to get a refund though PayPal. Chronicle has 2 billing cycles to present documentation of why I still owe the money (I don't), or I get a full refund. If you used PayPal, try contacting them.
 
Lol what a fool I was back when this was first announced— about a month or two before it was originally supposed to be released (couple years ago) I sold my Paul Elder Cryocan to prep my wallet for what I thought was going to be a more accurate prop replica. Should of been more patient, I guess— probably would have been if I had known how much it was going to be delayed (let alone whatever this mess is.)
Definitely regretting that sale.
Glad I held onto an extra Barbasol can from before the redesign, so that's one less thing to go hunting for.
 
Uff, I'm glad I didn't go ahead and pre-order. Have been more cautious after losing money to a couple of bad kickstarters. Hope everyone gets their refunds eventually. Was this a Covid related setback?

While I was dumb enough to sell my old prop in preparation, I am relieved I didn't pre-order as well. I also wish the best of luck to people trying to get refunds, looks like some folks are having luck.
 
Excuse me guys, I'll be quick, who makes the best cryo cans? I've seen a lot of versions over the years so I'm kind of lost here.

I was looking forward to Chronicle's with the announced original prop lineage but this will never see the light of day, sadly.
 
Rylo is usually the best but his cans are far and few in between and go for quite a bit.
 
I have one of Rylos cans, and I love it, but it is made with a 10 oz. can. As far as I know more acurate is the 11 oz. can?!?

RBreplicas is 11 oz. Maybe I will get the 11 oz. from RB one day...
