Chewie display! pic added

I recently received this Chewbacca head from Tom and Richard and can only say it looks amazing!, thought I'd share, I will try and grab some more shots as it looks on display (my camera seems to have died) but thought I'd post it first with the original just to show how close it is. You really have to see this work in person to appreciate it!
Only sad thing is that I was going for the full body version in a ANH pose unfortunately according to my good lady I'd be following Chewie out the door so I settled for just the head ah well still happy. Cheers Tom and Richard!

Absolutely stunning Chewie!!! Yeah, there's nothing like a significant others' ultimatum to put a reign on our hobbies:lol....sometimes and more often than not it's a good thing.

Jason,I am glad that you are so happy with your Chewie bust It was fun to make this one! Chewie is a challenge to get to look right but it was still fun to tackle him

Thanks for the comments I will try and get some more pics up (if I can get my camera working), I must admit when I couldn't get the full body version I did contemplate selling the Head but just couldn't do it, its now on display with a bandolier and Bowcaster and really is one of a kind!

Another pic of Chewie on display, still in the process of sorting out the room but this is the starting point! Sorry for my photo skills by the way doesn't do it justice as flash throws off the colors, but ah well it's a taster!

As usual, just another great piece from these fellas. I love to see the threads with their new stuff, always.

It does make me sad though to see yet another fellow prop collector allow their wife to control what they can and cannot have. :thumbsdown I say, if you have the money and aren't hurting in any other way, do as you will. Why should another person tell you what you can and can't have? It just churns my stomach. Oh well. I'm just glad my wife wasn't like that and that it's not me.

Now, since you only have the head, if I were you, I'd try to come up with some Imperial- or Trandoshan-style mounting plate, displaying it like a hunting trophy...
