Chest and abs liner for under a Spider-Man suit

Batman is my cosplay of choice, but I am new to cosplay, suits, props, and this site, but I also love Spider-Man! I have a relatively slim frame, but I still have some flab. If I wanted to do a Spider-Man suit, does anyone make a hard chest/abs liner to be worn underneath the suit to give that muscular and toned look when the suit is on? Or are there recommendations otherwise? Thanks.

Because of Spider-Man's flexibility and posing, I'd say you're better off with a foam/fabric muscle suit. Building one for the torso is fairly easy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nS_J0otW8Cc
