Captain Jack's sonic device?

Hi everyone,

I was just thinking that the sonic device the Jack uses looks like a found item, possibly with the Blue LED added, and if anyone could help identify it.

It looks a bit like a kazoo to me.

What do you think -

I'll tell ya what, the Doctor Who and Torchwood prop dept. sure do love thier Blue LEDs, don't they? :lol

It looks like an earpiece to me too, I couldn't say which one. Wouldn't be surpised to see it in a cell phone store, or even as a modified mini flashlight or something.

Hmm Thanks you four - very valid points. I'm looking on google and will continue tomorrow. I keep seeing things that look similar, but not the one. Keep any more ideas coming in the meantime LOL

Just made a quick rough 3D model to get it clearer in my head. Ill upload an image tomorrow if anyone is interested.

Yes they do, I wish they would mix it up and use a green or red one..
