Captain America TWS "catch up" notebook

Hello all,

As of late, I've become more and more obsessed over Steve Roger's notebook in the winter soldier and I want my own copy (with all the different countries lists.)

However, I can not for the life of me figure out what brand of notebook he is using. My google-fu, amazon-fu, and store-fu have all failed me.

Any help?
