Always fancied a cap costume, so when my mate offered to sell me his I jumped at it. Got everything for the TFA suit, except for the shield so had to source that. Was getting one finished, but the vendor didn't seem to be able to deliver so decided it would be quicker for me to do it myself.
The helmet is awesome love it

The shields arrived as blanks, I managed to get hold of three, so butchered one to get at least one of my shields movie accurate, so I've cut ith brackets out which also are attached to an out ring

Hand made the brackets and leather straps

Decided to one battle damaged and one stealth

Tried to weather my standard shield to look like the end bike scene

Wow. Nice work.

What did you use to cut the extra aluminum shield to make the outer ring with brackets? Looks really great.

The picture of the loose brackets is for the stealth shield, just ordered the aluminium for the rescue shield
