Captain America Display

I have been working on this display base for another member and thought I would share the progress on it.

i have made a few display bases for CA before, but they were all kind of basic. With the latest request for one, we decided to plus it a little and give it some more depth.

It's the basic shield layout, but I gave it a curve to be more representative of the shield.

I am going to paint it all silver and the use the anodized Dupli-Color blue and red paints for the rings.

I know.

I have been avoiding it knowing it would no just be a helmet or a shield. It will start with Iron Man, then move to the Avengers, then X-Men... Next thing you know I need a bigger house. :)
