Naturally I did those from the character poster, it wasn't until seeing the ref pictures at the start of this thread, that I totally missed had been added to, that I saw better references. So now there are 3 variants of the files lol. Hopefully the third iteration is a bit more accurate.
I don’t have the sewing skills to pull this off.. but I’m willing to try if I can find a nice enough coat to cut up

Going through these photos, I would say this coat is almost certainly custom made. Most SW soft-parts nowadays is (except footwear and in some cases gloves).
So, find a good maker who has access to some wide herringbone wool or cotton (or a blend thereof)... depending on the climate you'll be wearing this in.

The only reason I was hunting was because of how many found soft parts they have used for season 2.
But after hunting and hunting, I’m tending to think the entire costume (coat, shirt and pants) were all custom made..
If we only knew a guy on her who does wicked nice jackets.. hmmmmmm

Coincidentally, we just had a request for this outfit. I'm thinking of doing the inner garment as a vest (no sleeves) to keep it cooler (and less expensive). I'm inclined to agree it's a custom coat. Modding an off the shelf one would probably be as much work as just making one with these features. It's not a super complicated design, just a lot of fabric.
I’d just keep the title and specify which episode the spoiler is from maybe.

I think at least until after episode 7 drops. Usually I see people talk about two weeks of courtesy for spoilers online.
