Could be tweed in a herringbone pattern?
The collar has the same herringbone type pattern on it that the lower part in close up does, but looks worn in and weathered. Like it’s wet or has been wet or worn with sweat.

Also the pants have a pattern when he pulls the duster back to prepare to draw.

Gotta get that walk figured out too

Let's not forget the possibility of a custom hat. This is a very plain hat and , usually hats like these have some flair to them.

It’s almost reminiscent of the Pale Rider dusters the group of deputies wore.
Small lapel with a wide extra large collar and slim silhouette .

I would look at army surplus Trench coats or Great coats from Europe.

The collar is probably weathered to look like a lot of sweat and dirt have accumulated.

That’s what I first started off with wool ranger coats, officer coat, navy coat

Yeah.
Since they overlap so much, trimming them down for a gunslinger makes sense.
Also you can tell since the collar has the edging detail that would normally go all the way doen the front.

I was looking at Sportsmans Guide since they have a assortment of European coats but didn't find the correct style.
The real detail to nail it will be the strap on the back, most are higher up and longer.

It only had the front , the pattern around the shoulders where the sleeves are matches pretty damn close

Definitely a Duster but look for one with a belt seeing how there's no buttons to close it. Looks like they removed the belt and loops

There seems to be 2 holes one on each side of the coat.. like the removed belt loops

This here looks like part of the belt to me re used.. it doesn’t look uniform

Maybe it’s just weathering though.. seems like the other side is on the flap of the pocket.. he also has a hole near each elbow for the tubes from his gauntlets to go in

Definitely think IDing the back of the coat is going to be key, if this was not made by the production.

I’m thinking the hat might be more likely to be production made, since they made an exact replica of the second animated hat he had.

I found some amazingly close ones on Etsy, I didn’t know this was modeled after the second hat, I always thought he wore a very wide hat
