Building the Shishkebab(flaming sword) from Fallout4

I loved the flaming sword from Fallout3. When I saw that they redesigned it for Fallout 4 I figured I needed to build one.. a functional one.

Some background on me. I have made a few crazy things like a portal gun that levitated a companion cube, an 80,000 volt thor's hammer, and a flamethrowing ukulele. I'm an editor for Make:Magazine as my day job.
