Been working on the equatorial bad on the left side for the past couple of weeks - all vertical lines within the (nearly) blank bands.

I've always really liked this detail on the original, and have drooled over many a close-up shot of the line detail.

But I hadn't realized just how much it "completes" the model as a whole, and really ties the top and bottom hemispheres together.
