Yep, also like that crust. I also don't think the dehydrated pizza is precut. Like Emma said: I also think it's just a crease in the crust... When the pizza is finished, there are no cuts visible:

I think that was just a mistake, since in the very NEXT scene, the final pizza is cut:

If you compare the before and after pics:





You can see that the pizza IS pre-cut. The only time you don't see the pre-cut is that one shot of it leaving the oven.

We need an opinion from BTTF expert Jedifyfe

Mmm, you might be right. In the movie, the pizza is not cut after it comes out of the hydrator, but placed on the table directly:

So "story-wise" it should be precut, but "prop-replica-wise" I'd prefer the dehydrated pizza not to be precut, since there are no clear cut-lines seen on the original prop, if you ask me...

They keep making it too wet..the green peppers look super wet and moist..so does the pepperoni. .. thy keep making it like a regular food item they make... might be that glue they use to keep stuff together or seal everything in..

I definitely agree with the others saying it looks too greasy for being dehydrated. The key word is dehydrated so it should not look as greasy as it appears. Besides that colors and details look fantastic!

I think the last model with light brown and "drier" color on the base is excellent. Also, I think the toppings are ok. If you look closely at the original prop on the movie (on blu-ray quality, please), you can see some "yellowed" areas in the cheese near pepperoni and peppers, like the pizza being "half-made" before hydrating it. Also, I'm pretty sure the mini pizza is NOT pre-cutted. There are a couple of creases or cracks on the base in the mini pizza, but not because it's cut.
Do you have an estimated price for the Pizza + Foil combo? (aprox)

I've not worked on the maths since this project is still in progress, when I have the numbers, I'll post here, no worries, I'll be posting pictures of the final sample from the factory before production so you guys can decide if you're in or not...

you know what i bet, even if they sent it out greasy looking one from the picture....it could easily be fixed by lightly flocking a little talcum powder and spraying it down with a matte finish to drop the high gloss of the "greasy look". and it would give it that freeze dried look that everyone wants at the same time!

yeap, this is the final result & I personally it's the best looking bttf2 pizza anyone has made :thumbsup

way too shiney , id also question why the cheese looks differant between the peperoni and pepper sides

peperoni side looks real and the pepper side is like a yellow gloss puddle
