yeap, this is the final result & I personally it's the best looking bttf2 pizza anyone has made :thumbsup

Mmm, I'm sorry to disagree. I'll stick with the two pizza's I got from Emma. Personally I think they look a bit better. But yours sure look great too, but the toppings are just too shiny, like steveo3002 says...

you know what i bet, even if they sent it out greasy looking one from the picture....it could easily be fixed by lightly flocking a little talcum powder and spraying it down with a matte finish to drop the high gloss of the "greasy look". and it would give it that freeze dried look that everyone wants at the same time!

Dumb question, but would a "de-glosser" or "gloss-off" that they carry in most paint stores work too?... or would that be too harsh of a product to use?...

I think it looks great, but like others have said the side with the peppers looks like the peppers are sitting in jelly. Not sure why they did it that way can't they just put the peppers on without the wet look gel or whatever it is they are using?

I think thats what they keep them in place with, being that theyre so tiny.. but then again why are the peps not smothered in that as well lol

i don't think those would work....most are used for woodworking and most of the time they are an opaque white so you'd basicly be painting the whole pizza white!

what i think is going on here is a little loss of communication on the factories part.

most of these kind of factories are in japan or china.....both of which are use to catering to a customer who wishes to use the "food model" as window displays that won't spoil.
that being said, more times then not, they make the food look as though it were cooked and ready to eat.
my guess is they can't even conceive a customer wanting to buy a "raw" "uncooked" looking model and there for what you want is being lost in translation.

you may have to point out that you wish it to look uncooked like a frozen pizza for it to sink in and they finally understand....and even still they may think you're off your rocker!

worse case scenario you could always do my idea on page 5 of taking down the gloss level yourself.

maybe ask them for freeze dried look? dull and slightly dusty looking

yes im sure theyre not understanding ,i mean it looks great for a fresh cooked one thats ready to eat
