BTTF Blu Ray release date July 2010

I'm looking forward to the Jaws 19 in 3-D film.

The article does say there is some discussion as to whether or not it's real, but seems to lean that way.

Sky TV over here in the UK have been airing all three films in HD over the last few weeks - so presumably these would be the same transfers?

Either way they all looked superb IMO

BTTF has always had fake looking (aka cheesy) advertisements though.

I'm not sure what it's like in other countries, but even HDNet sometimes looks like an upconvert (although they are one of the most consistent for using an HD source)

That was my assumption as well, and perhaps why Minder was seeing a quality difference. I saw a vast difference in quality between my Clone Wars Blu Ray and the original HD broadcasts.

Excellent! Other than Star Wars and Indiana Jones, this is my most wanted trilogy on Blu-Ray.

Thats not the case with Sky's showing of the BTTF trilogy - they were all from HD masters
