Hi, Its Quinflex coolant hose, You'll find it with a Google search. It comes in different sizes. If you have a look through some of my early posts in this thread you'll find some discussion on the size I ended up using. The size is important as the spacing of the ribs in the pipe changes as the diameter changes. HTH

Just came back to this thread. Sorry to hear about your loss.

A good way to replicate a rubber look is Testors Black Chrome Trim hobby paint. Even with clear coats it retains that rubber look, from what I remember. Been a while since I used it.

Hi, I looked for the paint you mentioned, but I can only find chrome. I would like something with a waxy sheen, but not waxy, that is, not too shiny, not too dull or dry. Like the surface of a rubber tire. Because if it is too shiny, it looks more fake, if it is too dull, it flattens. So in both cases it does not look like a living being. Do you have any advice? Sorry, I don't know where to get Testor's paint outside the US. You cannot get it in Denmark anymore and haven't looked for European retailers since I can't paint anymore.

I believe Vallejo paints offers a black rubber color. Unsure how it looks, though.

Tamiya also has "Rubber Black" paint.
