Unlimited Run Blade Runner - Deckard's Blaster (Version 3)

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

Non opening is fine - But I would ask is it possible to make the parts separate so if we had a real metal bulldog cylinder crane arm we could swap it out?

That has always been nice about the BR Blaster is that because the base firearm is a Charter Arms Revolver there is a lot of modularity even between different versions.

3-D printing metal parts might be expensive. What of the metal pieces being cast in nickel, lost wax?

We'll try our best

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

Early prototype, front part of the barrel. Still needs a bit of refining, but at least we've finally started printing. This is definitely the most complicated gun we've done yet. It's got so many weird shapes, makes it tough to figure out how to print each part. The mesh is sooooo high resolution it could star in a Pixar movie.

i may want one.once i see the finished product ;p

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

Just a small update:

We're very close to finishing, just small details and deciding how we print this crazy mofo. But I'll probably delay the release on this a few weeks as my Trigun Long Colt is selling like hotcakes and our 2nd Hellboy gun is almost ready to release. I don't want to release 3 guns within a week and get overloaded and disappoint people.

So we're absolutely still a go on this, just slowing the release down by a few weeks.

Thanks for the continued interest and stay tuned for more updates

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

I assure you that my interest in this continues :lol

The other 2 you're doing look great

Cant wait to see what you come up with for this one though :)

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

Wanted to mention, all my FS and INT threads are still active, we've been assured that they will be moved to the proper "new" areas soon: regardless we're still open for business!

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

Interested. Don't mind the fixed cylinder, but I'd love to have the bolt be able to open and slide back.

That might be tough, we're aiming for a removable cylinder though. My Hellboy comic sidearm is almost done, and this is next

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

:unsure How about making the lever on the bolt be able to lift up?

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

Modelling is almost complete, the other 2 kits are keeping me busy, but this one is still a go ahead for sure. Should be printing a prototype within the next week or two

Re: 3D Printed Blade Runner Gun Kit

If there's still an interest list put me down on! This looks so good, can i just say congratulations haha.
