Planned list of changes:
More tapered torso
Both front flaps will be more angled. Inner flap at one continuous angle, outer flap changes from angled, to straight, to angled.
Sleeves about an inch longer and not quite as slim fitting.
Stitch line at the opening on the back a bit more angled.
Lining will be a quilted cotton.
Buckle will have a brass loop rather than cloth (hopefully, hardware availability is what it is).
Collar will be a bit taller and thicker (as in a padded lining inside it or something)
Collar angle will be different and it will extend a bit more beyond the flap it's attached to.
Strap on the collar will move a bit, have 3 grommets, slightly changed stitching, and a flat end rather than a pointed one.
Shoulder padding may be a bit thicker.
Fixes to the elbow patch to make it more pattern accurate.
Four stitches connecting the collar to the flap.
Magnets added (two on the collar, four sets on the torso.
Hook and loop added at the waist.
Fur lining will extend in a bit more.
I think that's it, other than the change in fabric to be more accurate.

Sounds awesome! Two questions from me:
- Are we talking a fully-quilted lining throughout the whole coat + sleeves, or just the body, or something else?
- With the addition of brass hardware, magnets, lining, and custom-dyed waxed cotton, I assume the cost is rising--do you have an estimated price?

Quilting will be at least the whole non-arms body, so neck to knees, except where there's faux fur. Sleeves I don't know yet, I don't think they will have padded lining. They don't look thick enough to me in photos and video to have padding.
The brass hardware will likely be brass colored but made from zinc or something. I think the only thing that will really cause a change in the price will be the new fabric, but it shouldn't be too much, I'd guess we're looking at a $320 range.

I have high res pics zlurpo just saw the coat this afternoon and went film and pic crazy if you need them I can send them tonight when I’m in my hotel took an okay pic of how the back looks. Confirmed that the body clips via hook clasp system on the main body of the coat

Wow! Is this the only hook-and-clasp on the coat (presumably at the waist as Zlurpo mentioned in the recent pattern update)? Or does the whole front secure with hidden clasps rather than magnets?

THATS WHAT IM SAYIN I think there’s a lot more magnets in this thing than we thought. Perhaps also on the tip of the lapel to keep it in place? It seems unnaturally stuck to the coat
