Black Hawk Down Chest Flag

I have a screen used Delta costume from Black Hawk Down, but its missing the chest flag patch they wore in the film.

Can anyone tell me where i can get a larger sized flag, i think around 5 or 6 inches by the looks, with hook type velcro?

Heres a picture of a BHD armour with flag.

I can only suggest somewhere like eBay. I normally find patches I need on there.

On a slightly related note, I notice that the flags on the sleeves are mirror images of the actual American flag. I've noticed this in other films and stuff too, can anyone tell me why they do that? It's always puzzled me.

The reason has to do with proper display of the flag.

The blue field of stars should always be in the highest position of honor. When viewing the flag on a wall, the highest position of honor is the upper left when displayed horizontally, and at the top (upper left) when displayed vertically. When displayed on a "moving object" like a person or vehicle, the highest position of honor is the front, and not the rear; so the field of blue should be displayed to the front.

Think of the flag, not as a patch, but as a loose flag attached to the Soldier's arm like a flag pole. As the Soldier moves forward, the red and white stripes will flow to the back.

I can get one of those larger chest flags for a few bucks at a surplus store outside Ft.Campbell. I remember seeiing a few in a bin.

Found out they are 5x3.

Anyone know where i can get a 5x3 flag, with yellow edge, and hook velcro on the back?

Quite difficult finding these!
