Bio-Helmet (very noob :p)

Hi this is my first post here...i'm italian so first of all I ask sorry for my English and for terribles mistakes i can do ...said this, the question: I'm really noob but i would make my pred costume and i'm going to begin the bio helmet...i wanna make it but i don't know how...any one can help me with tutorials or tips etc etc ?
