Update time.

I went ahead and mounted the ab and rib armor plates to the mesh suit. I was worried about doing this but it pretty much went off without a hitch.

I also got the leg armor templates all done. I had to freehand these.

I used contact cement. Which means tracing each piece with chalk, gluing that spot and the back of the armor piece, waiting for it to dry to its tackiness, then mounting.

Hmm... gonna have to try that with mine. Didn't think it would work due to the fabric being mesh.

I forgot to mention. I put wax paper behind the mesh so the glue wouldn't stick to anything else.

Ahhh ok that makes since. I was gonna do that too lol. Didn't want my dummy glued to something I had to wear later lol

Test fitting today. Gotta say I'm pretty darn proud of the way it looks. Gotta fix one of the knee caps and make the crotch piece.

I ordered my boots today. They should be here next week.

Test fitting tonight. I found a couple things that still need adjusting but other than that everything looks great and now I can focus on the rest of the families stuff.

I'm not wearing the cape because I need help putting it on and the wife is at work. My daughter helped me suit up and take the pics. She couldn't do the cape.
