Better Call Saul - Vet Notebook

Hello,
I am new (ish - I lurk a lot)

I am currently making the vet's notebook and recreating all the pages shown on the screen and then I want to add in some unseen pages. Anyone got ideas for entries? (I will be putting them into the code). I know I could just do loads of symbols that don't mean anything (or leave it blank) but I sort of want to make it feel authentic.

Hiya there! Funny enough just watched the episode it mainly appears in tonight so it's fresh for me too, It looks like their was a decent fan effort to decode the code when season 6 was coming out so if you look at the example images below you get a good idea of recreating the code and filling in your own entries, putting in whatever fictional criminals you like!
