Best tutorial "How to sculpt people" DVD?

Well itÂ’s not how to sculpt a portrait or recreate someoneÂ’s image in clay. ItÂ’s just the basic on sculpting the human head. Probably something you would want to have a proficiency in before attempting a recreation of someoneÂ’s likeness so IÂ’d recommend it. ItÂ’s a good video. I still reference it and IÂ’ve had it about a year or two.

Is there anything that the DVD was missing that you would like to have seen included?

I believe you are referring to the Mark Alfrey DVD, I have not personally seen it yet.
I worked with Mark before and have seen him sculpt in person.

Other than basic grafting and grids, is there really a science....seems like an art to me, particularly via the eye. Practice makes perfect

I'd like to get a video on the nuggets of poitrait sculpture. Tips, tricks, and things to look out for.

I own the Mark Alfry DVD's and find them very informitive, especially the human head DVD. If you are more into the molding of things, the Berman vids are great.

Lots of different commercially available dvd´s on sculpting, modeling, painting, 3d stuff etc.
