best place to have a custom book printed?

I am looking for a website or somwhere that will print me a single copy of a custom book, I have two to print, one which is mostly text, and one which is mostly pictures. the text one is saved as a word document. I would like my books to be black and white, standard novel/paperback size.

Please DO NOT suggesst blurb, I am getting frustrated with their program quitting all the time.

Their program does suck, but if you design in InDesign and upload a PDF, it becomes much better. I've done several books with them and they all turn out great.

Ive worked with Createspace. Very easy to use. They even have templates for book cover design! Simple. :thumbsup
