Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yeah... what I didn't like about Smallville is that Lex and Clark were buddies and about the same age.

It's not nearly as bad as Superman's new suit. Very Frank Miller-ish. Digging the leather looking cape... looks a bit Photoshopped in spots; I'm not quite buying that this is legit. I don't expect them to go the spandex/lycra route, but ya never know.

If they go that direction with the cape, I'd be happy.
 
How long has Warner and DC been planning a crossover? I mean it was even a giant billboard in I Am Legend.
 
I sure as hell hope it's not it, it looks like somebody cosplaying batman, not batman himself... Printed bat symbol, random black military pouches, seriously ? It's a good costume, but way too amateurish. It would look ridiculous next to Cavill' suit...

I think they were planning to do it for years, but the fact they spent so many years wasting time in making a Superman movie, its about time they are doing it now!

We didn't get a single Superman movie in the 90s, which is astonishing to be honest (the Tim Burton Nic Cage one was the closest we got).

Then we had 2006 Superman Returns which WB didn't like and they rejected it because Bryan Singer made Superman into a daddy.

I figure WB has seen the domination of Marvel and has decided to quickly add a new Batman alongside the new Superman, especially since the goodwill from the Chris Nolan series is likely to bring in the viewers by the millions.
 
I think the batsuit will be styled similar to that picture, in color etc., but my assumption, it will be similar to Arkham in the fact that the gray areas will be some type of gray or metal armor. But that picture is definitely a fan costume. No doubt.
 
If they make his costume like the Arkham games it'll be the best Batman costume to date (assuming they don't screw it up with nipples or something).
 
Superman returns proved that Bryan Singer shouldn't be allowed super hero movies any more than the guys who made the new transformers or gi joe.

Maybe not superman...but we wouldn't have all these superhero movies today if he hadn't made xmen in 2000. So don't count him out entirely...plus DOFP looks like it will be awesome as well.

SR was great.. and it didn't get a sequel, MoS was and is an atrocity and that gets a sequel :wacko mind blowing
