Batman Begins/TDK Utility Belt measurements

Heya boys n girls,
Trying to finish a project I started many years ago and finally found it in storage ( a UD begins suit) and cannot find the belt, so that leads me to trying to resculpt one.
Even though I have many books on the films I cannot find for the life of me the measurements of the belt front buckle piece as pictured?
Does anyone have one an might have the time to share the height and width of the front buckle, from that I can scale the rest of it up. Happy to share the answers and my final measurements of scale etc once I get it all done with all. I have tried to search but its been fruitless so far or Im using wrong search syntax.

I went with 8cm height seems to be about right, now to complete it all!

I have two one I made from a clay sculpting from my head cast, it was a nightmare, and I believe this is a hells kitchen one?
