Batman: Arkham City Costume help

Hello!

I'm trying to put together a couple of costumes from Batman: Arkham City. I'm trying to get the outfit that Officer Cash and his crew had and I'd like to put together one of the outfits the medical staff/doctors were wearing with the reflective tape and the flashlights.

Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
