Batman 89 Prop Question

I found this picture of the accessories from the Batman 1989 twelve inch figure and had a question for the experts on here. I found this picture online of two gadgets that the Batman figure comes with (picture below). The one on the left is the Detonator/batbomb.

What is the one on the right? Is it the batmobile remote Batman uses in the middle of the movie to call the batmobile? I've never seen an image of the prop before. So, does anyone know what it is?

It looks like the communicator he speaks into to tell the Batmobile to "Stop" when he's with Vicki Vale.

That's kind of what I thought. I've just never seen a picture of the prop, in the movie in it's brief appearance it's mostly covered by Batman's hand. I think I may make it, it's a pretty simple prop and I could always use a Batmobile remote for my collection.
