Tom's (the one pictured) would be Latex, unless he did another mold.
Shawn's would be made from urethane.

Definitely Reevz. Like Stormtrooperguy I saw Sean's work in person two weeks ago at a con in Boston. His wife was there modeling his new Batgirl cowl and it was AMAZING.
