I guess as "art work" with the look of an old-school "blueprint". Would be neat, I guess, although I don´t think that Gallifreyans make blueprints for their stuff, or do they?

Well, us old timers would know what blueprints are, way back when they built the Ark they never had ink printers to print there drawings off so they used a process called, blueprinting anyhow I’m boring you kids with that stuff. :wacko
